Rolan Services, LLC is a privately-owned company with deep roots in industrial maintenance. Founded in August 1999 by Jack and Linda Rolan as Rolan Plant Services, Inc., the company has grown from a regional service provider in Lafayette, Indiana, to a trusted partner for manufacturing facilities nationwide. With over 130 years of combined expertise among our employees, we specialize in vacuum and hydro-blasting services and proudly maintain a crucial rescue standby team that supports clients across the country.

After 25 years of leadership, Jack and Linda have transitioned ownership to their three children and long-time Operations Manager, ensuring continuity of our family-owned legacy. This leadership team, comprising Lisa Unkel, Stacy Dickerson, Lori Rolan, and Jim Brawner, brings decades of on-site, administrative, safety, and operational expertise. Jack and Linda remain involved during this transition, supporting the team as they continue to build on the company’s strong foundation.

While our name has evolved from Rolan Plant Services, Inc. to Rolan Services, LLC, our dedication to safe and efficient maintenance services remains steadfast. We strive to meet and exceed the needs of our elite client base, including several Fortune 500 companies. Rolan has earned industry accolades for advanced hydro-tooling and local commendations for roadway spill cleanup. We are also expanding our team of highly trained personnel to enhance our Industrial Rescue and vacuum truck operations, ensuring we remain a leader in the field.
